Looking back at the in-depth afternoon on Chain Care and Chain Cooperation.
22 May 2025On Thursday 15 May, the EENnacoma in-depth afternoon took place at Accolade Zorg, located in the beautiful wooded area of Bosch en Duin.
The afternoon was opened by chairman Anita Mensink (account manager at Accolade Zorg). During this meeting, we brought together three different Low Volume High Complex (LVHC) groups: Expertise Network NAH+, Network Child&NAH and LBS.
Kitty Jurrius (Head of the NAH+ Knowledge Centre) and Sandra te Winkel (content advisor child&NAH) gave a clear explanation of the care landscape of NAH+ and child&NAH: who falls within these target groups and what are the interfaces with the LBS network? Their presentation led to a lot of interaction and questions, including about the influence of environmental factors and available capacity.
Nicole Janssen (network coordinator of the LBS & EENnacoma Knowledge Centre) then presented the updated LBS chain dashboard, a handy tool that provides insight into patient flows and helps to further improve the healthcare landscape together.
After a short break, participants discussed the transfer of the VIN to the LIN. A lively discussion ensued with valuable suggestions to optimize this transfer. Within the network, we will actively work on this to make the transfer run more smoothly and to strengthen the cooperation between VIN and LIN.
